	Application-related demonstrations
	Miele's Application Technology supports users of Miele washer-disinfectors in all matters relating to the cleaning, rinsing and drying of a wide range of items. On request, demonstrations can be performed in our facilities. Application Technology is also at hand to provide support to users and Miele's after-sales service to solve more difficult problems, the cause of which are not readily apparent on site. In performing this task, Miele has the most modern of analysis methods at its disposal. These include, for example, the use of raster electron microscopes to perform surface analyses.		FT-IR spectrometers are also available to analyse organic residue. Furthermore, Miele has the wherewithal to perform complete water analyses. The outcome of these investigations can be used to assist users in optimising their processing methods. Miele's after-sales service is also available to implement the results of tests. 	Application-related demonstrations in the field of laundry technology
			More than 10 years ago, Miele first designed its aqueous wet-cleaning system. Miele has created its own test laboratory to support this and other innovations. This is also the place where new Miele programme packages are designed. It is also a source of solutions to problematic laundry-care cases or a place to invite customers to acquaint themselves with both machines and their controls, right next to production facilities.
