Maintenance
This contract gives customers maximum planning security and guarantees smooth machine operation.
Alongside inspection, this contract also covers the provision of the necessary spares and labour, including call-out charges for a period of one year.
This contract is also available for machines which are up to 4 years old. (Miele performs a thorough check of all machines older than 1 year at the commencement of the contract period. Any repairs resulting from this initial inspection are charged to the customer.)
Accident prevention
In some countries, operators of commercially used machines are obliged by law to have regular safety checks performed by suitably qualified persons. Non-compliance can have serious consequences for the operator.
Miele's in-house after-sales service team offers customers the service of scheduling, performing and documenting all the necessary inspections.
Inspection
A preventative maintenance contract involves a periodic inspection aimed at checking the function and safety of all key components. Machine uptime and smooth operation is ensured by replacing spare parts at an early juncture. Necessary spares and repairs are not covered by the contract.
