Hygiene
Exacting hygiene requirements have been written into national food safety regulations. All Miele professional dishwashers comply with these exacting requirements. Even at the drawing-board stage, Miele places great store by hygienic results as can be seen by an inner cabinet design featuring round corners.
A practical circle

"Dr Sinner's Circle" describes an economical, ideal cleaning process with a perfect interaction  of the parameters mechanical action, chemical action/detergency, temperature and time to ensure optimum removal of soil and maximum care of the load being processed. If one parameter is reduced, other factors must be increased to compensate.

Versatile use of cabinet space thanks to height-adjustable upper baskets

The upper basket can be adjusted above and below the middle position by 2.5 cm. It is set in the middle position, position 2, on delivery.

Depending on the setting of the upper basket, plates with diameters of between 19 and 30 cm can be accommodated
Liquid detergents

The use of a liquid detergent dispenser system is recommended. This ensures that the correct amount of detergent is dispensed each time.

In the case of manual dispensing, there is often a risk of overdosage (unnecessary use of chemicals, possible material damage, stains from detergent residue on the load) or underdosing (poor cleaning results). Automatic dispensing serves to remove a source of human error.

Liquid dispensing also helps guarantee quality levels in dishwashing.

Detergents
Miele commercial dishwashers should only be used with detergents formulated for use in commercial dishwashers (professional machines – professional detergent – professional results).
Due to the relatively short holding time and the impact of mechanical action, specially formulated low-foam, efficient detergents should be used.
